I help organisations and businesses become more effective and more influential by gathering accurate data about their audiences and markets and by communicating their corporate messages and arguments clearly to these audiences.
In short, I research and communicate. I gather evidence and use it for maximum influence.
I take evidence seriously so if you require hard data (client surveys, social research, feasibility studies, campaign research, evaluations), I can help.
I also take communication seriously. If you need to influence the general public, funders, agencies or specific groups, either through media or directly, I can help.
In both the research and the presentation of your case, you can expect me to be rigorous, clear and honest.
No two contracts are the same – my clients face a wide variety of challenges and opportunities. I’m happy to discuss your organisation’s particular needs without obligation at any stage.
From gathering data to presenting your case to the public, my service offering includes but is not limited to -
Design, fieldwork, analysis and presentation. Ensures that your strategies are based on real needs and evidence.

Exhibitions, sports and corporate events. As an event manager, I have been a partner with and promoter for the PGA European Tour, Examiner Publications and the Irish Times. I have organised leisure, sports and business events for Shannon Development, the Institute of Public Administration, various chambers of commerce, local authorities and private companies.
Get your message across with a well scripted speech, article or opinion piece. My work includes ghost written pieces published for guest opinion writers in the Irish Times, Examiner Publications, New Banking Frontiers and other industry press.
I also provide scripting and project management of newsletters, web design, video and print publication projects, applications for corporate awards, competitions etc.
Where it adds to the project, I work with other service providers and associates e.g. researchers, web designers, printers, photographers and video photographers etc. These are carefully chosen and the buck will always stop with me.
My academic qualifications include degrees in sociology (Trinity College Dublin, B.A. hons) and communications (Dublin City University, M.A. hons). During and after my studies, I worked for twelve years in the youth work and community development sectors. Since setting up business in 1996, I have worked on over 500 client assignments in the areas described above.
I maintain professional indemnity insurance and tax clearance certification.
